$ 400. for an oil change? We will never again use the services of Mercedes-Benz Rocklin. We were charged over $400. for a simple oil change. We were told by MBR that to keep We will never again use the services of Mercedes-Benz Rocklin. We were charged over $400. for a simple oil change. We were told by MBR that to keep the Mercedes Warranty valid for the new Sprinter van we purchased from them, the first oil change service would have to be completed by their service department. Obviously license to charge excessively because they can. .As well when asked to rotate the Sprinter tires they declined saying the tires were too worn and that we needed to purchase new. When inspected by a second opinion tire distributor, we were shown that the tires in question did indeed have sufficient legal tread depth as tread was well above tread wear, bar indicators. Another MBR scam tactic. Bottom line is that these guys are sleazy, not quite honest, and will try to take advantage of customers given the chance. Sprinter van has been a terrific vehicle for our business and we are looking to purchase two more. However, not from Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin More

Dissapointment, totally unresponsive. Our CPO vehicle had a problem we need corrected. Not only wasn’t it corrected but the dealership won’t even reply to multiple requests through follow Our CPO vehicle had a problem we need corrected. Not only wasn’t it corrected but the dealership won’t even reply to multiple requests through follow up emails. All that comes across great and I appreciate it but apparently it’s all a facade. At least at this establishment the norm is tell the customer whatever makes the sale. Every request I’ve made to be contacted by someone at the dealership has been ignored. Very disappointed. Not the same experience as with our first Von Housen new car purchase 26 years ago. I’ve purchased many new and CPO cars over the years from luxury dealers and have never been this dissatisfied. You should probably consider an establishment other than this one if you’re seeking an honest high integrity relationship one expects from a luxury dealer. More
