Terrible sales force Salesman Bobby advised me that he had the exact car I was looking for except for the color of the interior. I foolishly took his word as being valid. In-seat air is an extra that I have always had with the many MB's I've had in the past. It wasn't until after I accepted the vehicle and was being shown how it functioned that I found out that in-seat air was not on the equipment list. I had signed up for more than 40 thousand dollars to get the car I wanted. Bobby either thought the in-seat air was unimportant or he just wasn't careful in making his representation to me. Regardless, I do not have in-seat air and that bothers me every time I want to turn on the additional cool air support within the seat. If the dealership was interested in supporting their customer base rather than staff, they would have located a vehicle similarly used as mine but with the desired equipment that I thought I was paying for and swap vehicles accordingly. As for service provider Wayne Schmid who dealt with me on my previous ML6.3, I have no complaint and found Wayne to be an attentive employee. Steve Gorman More
