The dealership was spotless and everyone was dressed very professionally. We talked immediately with a sales person and he showed us the model we were interested in and gave us plenty of info on the vehicle. We told Michael that we were doing some comparison shopping between makes and there was never any pressure put on us to buy. Michael stayed in contact with us over the next several days and finally we bought the vehicle he showed us and we couldn't be happier. And since it was both of our birthdays he put a bow the hood and took our picture. Wonderful! A truly wonderful car buying experience. And when we had some issues learning how to use all the technological features of the SUV, Natalie came to the rescue and patiently showed us how to utilize all the features. It did take several visits to help us understand but she was very patient and said the we were always welcome to return anytime we had questions. More
Brand new car malfunctioning We bought a new 2018 e400 coupe in January, the very next day i started getting messages on my dashboard about “ active blind spot assist inoperative, We bought a new 2018 e400 coupe in January, the very next day i started getting messages on my dashboard about “ active blind spot assist inoperative, active brake assist functions limited, active lane keeping assist inoperative, etc.” I thought oh maybe it’s just a one time thing. Nope. It kept happening randomly throughout the next 5 months. In addition, the car began to beep when there was nothing around the car. It was the parking assist beeping when there’s a curb or whatever near the car, but it just kept beeping, almost giving me a heart attack on many occasions. One time it happened as we were getting onto a freeway in traffic, it kept incessantly beeping while we were slowly rolling through, so I thought that’s it, I’ll take it in to see what’s going on. I had taken a video of this and showed it to Wayne and his service guy who says they had never seen this. I go in, they quote me for $360 to fix if they find something wrong with it. I told them this is a brand new car that has been kept in immaculate condition, in the garage, and has never been hit or anything, so what’s happening to the car is not my fault and that I should not even be quoted at all. Wayne Schmid, my service guy, was insistent the quote was just in case and that a rat may have chewed through the sensor, etc. Then he charges me $10 dollars for my rental that he says is for gas, which has never happened in the 10 years I’ve been with them. Later on in the day, they call to tell me they can’t find anything wrong with the car and that they would like to keep the car over the 3 day weekend to come back on Tuesday to work on it. The whole thing was ridiculous and unfair. I even showed them proof, the pictures and videos of what was wrong with the car, all they could tell me was nothing was wrong with the car and charged me $10 for the rental, which was in place for a “service” I apparently didn’t need. More

Service employes are rude and dont know what they are doing. Had an appointment scheduled for me on a Saturday and the man doing my paperwork was pissed off because "my car problem was too much for a saturday appointment" taking it out on us, when that was totally not our fault. Taking care of CHECK ENGINE light! I had just had a major engine repair and 2 days later a check engine light came on--took the care back thinking it was a faulty light--they gave me a I had just had a major engine repair and 2 days later a check engine light came on--took the care back thinking it was a faulty light--they gave me a loner and sent me home calling later and saying it was a good size problem, but they would take care of it and make a big discount in the price since they had just had the car in for a week. They didn't have to give me a special price, but I was really thankful they did. I had never had this happen before and that is why I keep driving to Rocklin for their service--I live almost in Grass Valley--but it is absolutely worth the drive!! More
Our Vehicle Purchase was smooth sailing! Tom was Awesome! We called in to inquire about a specific vehicle we were looking for, for a long time. We drove an hour away just to see it. The Most Unpleasant Experiences I brought my 1984 190D in for service for a 9am scheduled appointment. Was told the service cost amount and told I would be called when finished. This I brought my 1984 190D in for service for a 9am scheduled appointment. Was told the service cost amount and told I would be called when finished. This mad on a Tuesday. I received a call at about 400 pm informing me my car would not be finished until the filling day, and they would provide a loaner car if I need one or come pick me up when my service was completed. This was Tuesday evening. That was ok and I waited for call. No cal, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday when I called at 3:30 pm and was told my car was disassembled and would not be put back together until the following Tuesday. I swear to god, they just said it to me like it happened every day and there was nothing I could do. I then called them on Tuesday at 10 am and was told my car would be completed at 3pm Tuesday. They never calls me again and after telling my story to numerous people proported to be managers that day, I have never heard anything back from any of them or Mercedes Benz. I will never return, buy another Mercedes, and I will tell everyone I can, what a horrible place this dealership is. More
