Satisfied SERVICE 'B' and TAKATA air bag replacement: Eric Treibull [Assistant Service Manager] was my service contact on 04/27/18 (Service 'B'), and again on 06/29/18 (TAKATA air bag exchange). He was very professional and helpful, in both instances. On 06/29/18, Natalie Leatherman assisted me in utilizing and programming the vehicle's GPS system, upon receiving the washed and cleaned car. She was friendly and very helpful, which was much appreciated. The 2012 MBNZ 350 SLK is my wife's car, for the record. Thank you. More
