Service Rating I always enjoy working with the same sales rep, Brandon. He always tries to get me the best service. If something can be included in my warranty he s I always enjoy working with the same sales rep, Brandon. He always tries to get me the best service. If something can be included in my warranty he seems to find it. He always errors on the customer's side. For example it took longer for my car to get repaired than expected. Wrong part was order and only discovered after trying the part on the car. So I was comp'd for the rental car. More than fair. The service is what sold me on the expense of the car. I am always treated well. Just a side note. When my window's tinting started to peel off it was covered and fixed for free. This was about a year ago. Same thing happened, but to a different window this year. Thinking it would be covered I inquired to have that fixed. I was told the vendor was no longer on site and that this time I would have to pay for the fix. I wasn't completely satisfied with this answer given the time before it was covered. More
Shocked I have never had a dealership charge me for a loaner or I assessment for diagnostic test. I have work with Audi and Porsche they never charged me.
