The level of detail is first class! From the employees in well-tailored suits and service advisors, to the gorgeous exterior design of the building and the modern/classy look inside, is just what you would expect from a highly respected world-class brand- Mercedes-Benz. Staff greets you as you pass by and you feel welcomed like you're visiting one of your super friendly and generous friends house. Purchasing another car/brand would make me feel like I'm leaving a super-hot wife that never complains and has dinner ready as soon as I hang my coat by the front door. I feel like driving anything outside of a Mercedes-Benz would be lowering my standards after experiencing not only their great cars but even greater service. "The Best or Nothing" is the motto and this dealership delivers on that! You don't just buy a Mercedes, you buy the experience! From the moment I first stepped on the lot of MB of Rocklin, I could feel it!! And that excitement carried over from this dealership and stayed with me every mile on the road in my Mercedes-Benz! My first servicing for my 2018 All the work was done plus a recall notice job that I didn't know about until I arrived at the service center. Always greeted by a smiling service em All the work was done plus a recall notice job that I didn't know about until I arrived at the service center. Always greeted by a smiling service employee escorting me and my car to our appointed spot. The "paperless" estimate was accomplished and I was told to relax and enjoy myself for the next hour. I always enjoy looking over the showroom to see what new vehicles are being displayed and test drive one if there is time. This time however, I walked down the street to peek at the other lots close by and see if anything caught my eye....nope nothing better. I am happy with the Mercedes and the Rocklin Dealership has been exceptional with customer service and helpful personnel. The car wash is the best! More

More wonderful service than I ever expected. My tire pressure light was on and it was Saturday after 5:00 pm. The service had closed at 4:00. Even though they couldn’t put it up on the rack a My tire pressure light was on and it was Saturday after 5:00 pm. The service had closed at 4:00. Even though they couldn’t put it up on the rack and make the repair (small nail). Tom Emerson, had the tires filled, car washed and sent me on my way feeling like a most valuable customer. I’m extremely grateful and happy 😃 More

Brandon Stevens has also worked with me on my bosses 550SL and my cars and is truly a class act and a rock of your Brand. Zach Wills, who sold me my last vehicle, is now in charge of Finance, and that was nice to see, as this is clearly a promotion... he recognized me and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful ( this kind of attention to detail and sincerity NEVER gets old ) Hats off to Bob Hunter for such a great experience and teamwork resulting in my complete happiness with the 300 I am currently driving. More
