My first servicing for my 2018 All the work was done plus a recall notice job that I didn't know about until I arrived at the service center. Always greeted by a smiling service employee escorting me and my car to our appointed spot. The "paperless" estimate was accomplished and I was told to relax and enjoy myself for the next hour. I always enjoy looking over the showroom to see what new vehicles are being displayed and test drive one if there is time. This time however, I walked down the street to peek at the other lots close by and see if anything caught my eye....nope nothing better. I am happy with the Mercedes and the Rocklin Dealership has been exceptional with customer service and helpful personnel. The car wash is the best! More

More wonderful service than I ever expected. My tire pressure light was on and it was Saturday after 5:00 pm. The service had closed at 4:00. Even though they couldn’t put it up on the rack a My tire pressure light was on and it was Saturday after 5:00 pm. The service had closed at 4:00. Even though they couldn’t put it up on the rack and make the repair (small nail). Tom Emerson, had the tires filled, car washed and sent me on my way feeling like a most valuable customer. Brandon Stevens has also worked with me on my bosses 550SL and my cars and is truly a class act and a rock of your Brand. Zach Wills, who sold me my last vehicle, is now in charge of Finance, and that was nice to see, as this is clearly a promotion... he recognized me and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful ( this kind of attention to detail and sincerity NEVER gets old ) Hats off to Bob Hunter for such a great experience and teamwork resulting in my complete happiness with the 300 I am currently driving.
