I brought my car in on a Friday and the service agent didn’t confirm my contact information. I called at 4:45 to find out the estimated time of completion and I never heard back from him. I called on Saturday to find out what was happening with my car and it took almost 2 hours to hear back from them that my car was finished and ready for pick up. On Monday, I finally received a text from the service agent and he said that I had unfinished paper work & an unpaid invoice- which was untrue. I paid over $2,000. For that amount of money I expect excellent communication and prompt responses. More

This dealership tell’s me I have a recall on my car, I make appt and show up today. It’s over 30 miles away one way. I check in and within 10 minutes they call me, Say it’s done? I ask service agent how so fast, he says it’s already been done by Air? I wasted my time and gas for this? He says we should have called. It doesn’t pay my gas because you didn’t call. This dealership has been awful for me. They could have even a offered a detailing of my car for my mileage! Nothing but sorry! More
They have never done a good job for me. They never wash my car, even when I have asked them to. They never leave the dash the way we bring it in.
