Terrible sales team, bad management team, totally unresponsive to my wife's requests for a 2nd key which comes with the $60,000 Mercedes Benz GLC 300 2023. She paid cash for the car. Buyers beware!! unresponsive to my wife's requests for a 2nd key which comes with the $60,000 Mercedes Benz GLC 300 2023. She paid cash for the car. Buyers beware!!! Once they have the deal they stop responding to reasonable customer service requets and ignore you. They told my wife they'd get her the keyed manual out to her in a couple of days. She waited and waited and two weeks later no manual, no second key and no response to her requests, BUYERS BEWARE. THIS IS A BAD PLACE TO GET YOU NEW OR USED CAR More

DO NOT buy a used car from this dealership. We recently helped my son purchase a used Mercedes. We were promised the car had been thoroughly checked and serviced and was without any issues. We recently helped my son purchase a used Mercedes. We were promised the car had been thoroughly checked and serviced and was without any issues. Well, within a week the engine light went on. When I checked with the dealership and reported this and wanted them to diagnose the problem, they coldly told me the vehicle was purchased "as-is" and would not even provide a courtesy evaluation. The sales person even responded by saying "good luck" when I tried to get him to help us out. To make a long story short, I took the car to another MB dealership who immediately found serious engine damage (camshaft) that cost us $7,000 to repair. I feel that the Rocklin dealership did a poor job of checking this vehicle out and should have never put it up for sale. I get the as-is purchase but they did nothing to help us and did not show any level of concern. I would discourage anyone from shopping here, particularly for a used vehicle. More
I have a 2009 Mercedes C350, which I have diligently maintained since purchasing it in 2013 from Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills. At every service I received a loaner car and constant updates on the sta maintained since purchasing it in 2013 from Mercedes Benz of Beverly Hills. At every service I received a loaner car and constant updates on the status of my car repairs. That all changed on March 26, 2023. My car was towed into Mercedes Benz of Rocklin at approximately 11:16am. It was a Sunday, and the service department was closed, so as instructed I left my car and put the keys in the night drop-box. The car had been detailed just 2-days before it was dropped off. I received a text from Wayne Schmid on March 27 @ 7:15am stating that they had received my car. The next day, March 28, I received another text stating that the shop had a heavy workload and he still had not looked at my car. On March 31, I received another text with the diagnosis, “negative battery cable was welded closed”, need to replace the cable, but the part was coming from Germany, so it would be a minimum of 7-10 days in the shop. I was also told that the “headlight control switch” was drawing power from the battery and needed replaced. I instructed Wayne to make the necessary repairs. Later that day I got another text, this time Wayne stated that the tech had moved my car and while doing so the “steering lock failed” and needed to be replaced for an additional $2,161.05. It was working when the car was dropped off. This seemed very odd to me as the car was maneuvered on and off the tow truck without any problems. Weeks passed, and I had to contact to Wayne to get updates on my car. After renting two cars myself and at my own expense I insisted that I get a loaner car from Wayne. He arranged for a loaner car and on May 16th I went to pick up it up. When I walked up to the car, I noticed that the windshield was literally broken in half. I requested a different car and was given one with 3-large chips in the windshield. While arrangements were being made for the loaner car, I sat with Wayne to discuss locating the headlight control switch. (Note: I had ordered the part online on April 6th, but it was on back order). He said, he could not find the part and that he was doing everything possible to locate it, the only one he could find was in Dubai. Again, he instructed me to look for the part and he would install it. I had found 2 other headlight control switches in California, but they were promised to other customers. I had spoken to Juan at Mercedes Benz of San Luis Obispo a few weeks earlier; he originally had one of the promised parts to ask him where and how he got the part. He went into great detail about how to issue an expedited part order through Mercedes Benz. I put Juan on speaker so that he could explain to Wayne how to start the process. Juan was super helpful, and a week later on May 19th, Wayne found the part located just 20 minutes away in Rancho Cordova. At this point my car had been in the shop for 53 days. I explained to Wayne that I was leaving on a 3-week trip on May 24th., he said the car would be ready for pick up by 5:30pm on the evening of May 23rd. I arrived at the dealership at approximately 5:10pm. The bill was still being tabulated when I arrived and I paid $5,200.00 for the repair, but when my car was delivered it was filthy, as if it were sitting in a field the entire time it was in Wayne’s possession. I got into the car, and the interior was a mess too, completely full of dust and something had been spilled down the passenger side door. I started the car and immediately the warning lights came on indicating that the coolant level was low. The service tech who was there told me not to drive the car. I was livid! I asked for my loaner car back but was told by the woman at service desk that they were out of loaner cars. I eventually got back the loaner car that I had returned 15-minutes earlier. Run away as fast as you can. This is the WORST Mercedes Dealership ever! More
Showed up announced, check book in hand, and the process still took hours. After agreeing on a price listed on the dealer sheet, the seller hand writes an additional 10,000 in dealer markup and expects me t still took hours. After agreeing on a price listed on the dealer sheet, the seller hand writes an additional 10,000 in dealer markup and expects me to just be ok with that. I was looking to do more business with this dealer, but am now considering driving further to get better, if not truthful, service. The second sales associate we dealt with was scrambling to save a sale the first salesman couldn’t care about. More
