This should not have happened it puts the customer at a disadvantage. Labor does not change the span of 2 to 3 hours in same day, I feel like you're trying to scam me. More

He was professional, easy to talk to you and most of all very patient. It took me a while to buy a car because I had been a BMW owner for many years. This was my first time dealing with a Mercedes Benz dealership and I had lots of questions and was not really sure I wanted a Mercedes instead of a BMW. After weeks of extremely bad customer service at Roseville BMW, I talk to their GM and right then and there I knew I would end up with a Mercedes. The customer service at Mercedes Benz in Rocklin was exceptional from the very first day I set foot in their lot. Michael Carlson greeted me with a friendly smile and offered me a bottle of water on this very hot July day! At BMW I visited numerous times and was NEVER approached by anyone. I'm very happy with my new Mercedes and appreciate everyone who helped me. More

dishonest I was quoted one price when I ordered the part on the phone but when I came in for the repair the part cost more. I let that slide. I was quoted and signed a certain price for the repair, but when I came to pick up the car, the repair cost significantly more. When I pointed out to the cashier that the quote I had signed was lower than the bill presented, she told me the employee who had given me the quote was busy and to just go ahead and pay unless I was prepared for a long wait. The employee who handled my intake had kept pushing me to do the diagnostic multiple times (even though my car had been diagnosed elsewhere) and warned me that he couldn't guarantee the car would be fixed. When he notified me that the car was fixed and the repair was successful, I was happy until I found out that there was improvement but it wasn't quite fixed yet. When I told the guy, he said too bad, you've been warned. More
Good service but vehicle of poor quality I’ve never had to take a car in for so much service than I do for my MB. Recently took my car in because there was a clicking noise every time the ste I’ve never had to take a car in for so much service than I do for my MB. Recently took my car in because there was a clicking noise every time the steering wheel adjusted. Had my car back for a few days and the noise has returned. This is only one example of many. Service department staff, Eric, is great and accommodating but it is frustrating that I need to take my car in for service so much more than should be required. I shouldn’t know Eric as well as I do. This will be the last MB I own. More
