Expected Top Quality Service did not get it Drop my car off for its 1st maintenance. When I came to pick it up. I got into the car and turned it on and the tire sensors lit up. I told the service tech and he just pushed a button and cleared it. I asked if my tire pressure was actually an issue, he said no. Later that day I was driving and the tire light came on, I stopped and had to put air in the two tires passenger side front and driver side back. Also I reported that I have a rattle in the dash and the service guy took me for a ride around the corner on smooth road and said he heard nothing , I said it needed to be a rougher road. We went back to the dealership where he proceeded to tell me that maybe it was the charm I have hanging off my review mirror. I said, no it's not that. He then just dsid for me to hit things in the car so I am driving when it rattles to see if I can see where it is coming from. Everytime I get my car back it is never washed but it says on the maintenance record that it was. More

One of the better service centers that I've encountered. I bought a 2-year-old E350. After getting it home, I found two minor malfunctions: (1) A message to "Check washer fluid'" and (2) The LEDs behind the I bought a 2-year-old E350. After getting it home, I found two minor malfunctions: (1) A message to "Check washer fluid'" and (2) The LEDs behind the Mercedes star in the grill weren't working. I took it back the next day and my overall waiting time was about an hour, from writing it up to delivering it for pickup. First, I consider the repair time to be quite reasonable, considering that mine was not the only vehicle in for repair. My only concern is that at least one of the two malfunctions (which were both due to faulty wiring), namely the "Check wiper fluid" flag, should have been caught before the car was initially given to me. This is not a complaint; it's merely a concern that somebody did only a cursory check. Otherwise, the service was efficient and effective, with fine customer interfacing. More
