Our experience was great! My wife and I came in looking for a 2018 or 2019 GLC300. Peter in sales showed us a couple of different models and colors. They just happened to have gotten back a 2019 with 600 miles. It didn't have a couple of things that we wanted. I was told I could purchase them separately. After talking about it with the money would save, we decided to purchase the vehicle. I was given a great deal on the extra accessories. We have both been very happy with our GLC. Definitely would recommend MB of Rocklin to friends and family. More
Vacation Saved Had a possible issue with my sprinter RV while on vacation. They treated us like family even though we did not purchase the vehicle through the dealership. We would recommend Rocklin MB to anyone that asked. More
Beware of Sunroof/Shade motor in 300 C Class Mercedes I bought a brand new 300Class 300 miles later the shade roof motor is making a sound and they told me it's not repairable. When I test drove the car I bought a brand new 300Class 300 miles later the shade roof motor is making a sound and they told me it's not repairable. When I test drove the car it didn't make the noise. I purchased the car last weekend in July with 147 miles on it. Picked it up in mid August from dealership (long story here) and I drove it for 153 miles when the motor in the sunroof started making a noise which I now have to learn to live with. Not acceptable to me but I was basically told that other new 300 C class Mercedes with a sunroof like mine make the same noise. That is not true because when I test drove the car I bought and drove it for 153 miles it did NOT make the noise that it is making now. The technicians I work with were very professional but did not fix the problem I was having. Some of them even told me they couldn't hear the noise I claimed the sunroof motor was making. This is the second issue I've had with my new 330 C class Mercedes that I am NOT happy with the final outcome from the service department. More

Great cars, nice sales people, lousy service. We have purchased 3 cars from here. Mainly for my wife. Her lease is coming up and the only request she has now is “anything but Mercedes”. We have even had to formally request a different advisor. The lack of empathy, respect for a persons time and attention to detail is seriously lacking here and I have had to, more than once, get involved to even get basic treatment. This is the only reasonable distance Mercedes dealer so the value the brand provides doesn’t exceed her disdain for the service. More

Lack of follow through on commitments I asked that a transmission fluid change be performed prior to taking delivery since the car was at 33xxx miles. The initial sales person stated tha I asked that a transmission fluid change be performed prior to taking delivery since the car was at 33xxx miles. The initial sales person stated that it had been done as part of the CPO process. This was not true. The subsequent sales person Peter Alexan did get the fluid/filter changed but the service department did not properly secure the transmission pan. I learned of this after driving 1500 miles back to Seattle and thereafter. The pan and gasket had to be changed here at the Bellevue MB dealer. The quality of the detailing on the car was poor with many swirl marks visible. We were promised a second key since one was not available at the time of delivery. (A third key-the one from the prior owner eventually arrived.) Eventually an uncoded key was sent to me to have coded at the local dealer in Bellevue WA. I was told that I would be reimbursed for the coding charge. It is now 19 days since I sent the receipt to the dealer for reimbursement with no payment. Finally, I paid in cash for the entire purchase price and extended warranty and pre-paid maintenance. My check had cleared both banks but no action was taken at the dealer to send me the title paperwork so I could not register the car in WA until it arrived which was about 3 weeks later More
