Sales process is very slow. Purchased a GLE 350 a few weeks back from Mercedes of Rocklin. Arrived at 5:15 pm, did not leave there until 9:00 pm. We negotiated the car price within 40 minutes. After that is took way to long especially for paying cash. Also the experience was not that great. When you are buying a $75,000 Mercedes the dealership buying experience should be far better than an other brand. It’s a Mercedes not a Kia. Go to Roseville Toyota and buy a car. They know how to treat their customers. Mercedes of Rocklin could take a lot of pointer from them. They could of also detailed the car a lot better. I understand it was late, but that wasn’t my fault. Once again, it’s Mercedes, they should provide you the best quality. They did offer for me to come back for a better detail, but who wants to drive 45 minutes from Vacaville to wait for a detail that should have been perfect the first time. Like I said, go to Roseville Toyota and you will understand what buying a new car should be like. More

If I could give it a zero I would. The service advisor made me feel very uncomfortable and rushed didn’t explain what I would be paying for upfront just took my card and put it on file. The front desk lady asked on the phone if I would need a loaner car and I said yes she said she would let him know. When I asked for the loaner vehicle he made me feel awkward for even asking like it was a major inconvenience to him and asked how old I was because there was a age restriction. Then with hesitation lent me the car. More
