One week after purchasing the vehicle, the service advisor was truly amazing when we recently blew out a tire... was also absolutely top notch...not only did the take care of the tire but truly stepped up and made us feel special...We will be buying our next Benz very soon because of this great service... Had to prove it was under warranty Had a very common gas smell in my cls 550. Mercedes extended the warranty and it was easy to find on line. Rocklin dealership told me multiple times. Had a very common gas smell in my cls 550. Mercedes extended the warranty and it was easy to find on line. Rocklin dealership told me multiple times. Nope. Our system shows it not under warranty. I had to show them the letter that Mercedes wrote to the US Transportation Authority stating that Mercedes would extend the warranty. Oh. That warranty! Ya. It’s covered they finally told me. How many previous customers paid Mercedes of Rocklin to repair this issue???? More
