Major brake failure.... After my car was repaired, under warranty for a known brake problem...... 1) the tow hook was left on my car. It should have been removed and put back which I had to do myself. 2) driver's seat on the left hand side had some kind of dirt mark on it which I had to clean up myself. 3) apparently the battery was disconnected as I had to reset my clock and my navigation is not working properly since my car was in your shop. Let me clarify. The navigation works but there are no names on the map, just the road lines............ 4) on the first conversation with the service rep, he stated he wasn't sure this problem would be covered under warranty. I had to call my personal mechanic and he gave me the facts. I didn't appreciate what I felt was a "scare tactic". More

Replacement of fuel filter. On a drive from Salem, OR to Granite Bay, CA we got a "check fuel filter" message on the dash. We had lots of snow, rain & wind & hoped we'd make it h On a drive from Salem, OR to Granite Bay, CA we got a "check fuel filter" message on the dash. We had lots of snow, rain & wind & hoped we'd make it home, which we did with no problem. When I headed for Alameda the next morning the car studdered, which it never does & I remembered the message, so re-routed to Rocklin to get the filter changed. The service bay was packed, but the dealer had the part in stock & was able to install it. It took longer than anticipated, but beggars can't be choosers. More
