It took a little time and patience to correct it's numerous quirks and one major issue but all the important items were diagnosed and repaired to my complete satisfaction. Great customer secive and convienence It is always easy to get my car right in and I am kept up to date on the progress of my car . The only dissappointing they I have found with your dealership is about a week after I bought the car the back brakes started to squeak and the dealership said there was nothing they could do about it. It is pretty embarassing driving a $100,00.00 car with squeaky brakes. More

They had the Audacity to send it home, with stains broken parts and greasy finger prints every where. I was so upset with the job, all i could do is drive away with sadness. On a good note. I'm so impressed with the sales team, their Knowledge was Superior to anything that we had ever seen. We were In the Process of Purchasing a new Mercedes for my son, preapproved ready for the next step. I came to the decision that the service model at Mercedes-Benz worries me. For that reason I decided to move from Mercedes-Benz. Even with an amazing sales team,The service is what I really needed the end of the day. I hope this helps you in the future.
