Will drive all the way to Eldorado hills Mercedes to avoid The service is always terrible! I gave them a second chance it was far worst than the first time I went. The service advisor is so rude. After I had just gotten in a bad car accident and brought my car in to get fixed he only cared about me not taking a loaner car even tho I had work the next day. I don’t want your loaner car I just want my car fixed don’t offer something if you don’t want to do it. He yelled at me in his office terrible. I’ve left reviews before but never get a response back from management. Do not go here if you want quality service just go to El dorado hills or Sacramento. Seriously More
