From Sales, Finance, Service, Customer Service, Greeters. I live in Stockton but I am not hesitant to drive 2-3 hours just to get my service or any issues resolved in MB Rocklin. Whether I am just wearing a simple t-shirt and flip flops they never ever looked me down or turned down a very simple service. I couldn’t ask for the most awesome people than MB Staff. Poor work I brought my car in for mechanical and for a new headliner got my car back same problem and several issues car when I came to pick up. Frustrated customer gets no attention I now have had 4 wheel alignments and don't know or feel like I am fixed up and ready to drive. Unhappy with dishonesty I had my 2016 car serviced at a reputable Mercedes certified shop and was told there was an oil leak and recommended that I take it into a Mercedes de I had my 2016 car serviced at a reputable Mercedes certified shop and was told there was an oil leak and recommended that I take it into a Mercedes dealership since it was still under warranty. I then took it to Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin as that's the closest one to me and was told the leak was because the place that serviced my car didn't put the washer on. The service advisor put the entire blame on the folks that serviced my car and said there was no problem at all. Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin said they were unable to find anything wrong and suggested that I could have them replace the oil (that was just put in a week earlier), so that they could clean up the mess, but it would cost me around $250 to do so. I declined their recommendation as the oil leak was there before the car was serviced. I then took it back to the reputable Mercedes certified shop that I originally went to where they lifted my car up so that I could see the oil leak they were referring to. The leaked oil was evident, but was no where near the plug drain; it was ABOVE it, but not directly above the plug. The leak had NOTHING TO DO WITH A MISSING WASHER. I am so disheartened by being lied to by the service advisor, Eric Triebull, at Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin that I will go elsewhere from now on. Being a service advisor at this dealership is all about the art of upselling and not owning up or dealing with a problem. You have completely lost my trust. The only good quality of this dealership is the guy who transports clients who is super friendly. I believe his name is Jim. More

Excellent Service and Amenities. I recently bought a used Mercedes for my daughter and took it in for service. The Dealership facilities were excellent and above and beyond most provi I recently bought a used Mercedes for my daughter and took it in for service. The Dealership facilities were excellent and above and beyond most providing comfortable indoor and outdoor seating, coffee, drinks and snacks. Best of all though was my experience with Greg in service. He was thorough and detailed and got me into a loaner vehicle which I loved. Perhaps I need a Mercedes for myself now? I'm looking forward to my next visit. More
