Rocklin Good...Mercedes in general...VERY BAD! SO DISSAPOINT I must say that the Rockland ranch Mercedes-Benz is amazing while getting my car serviced and repaired there is gone above and beyond my expectations I must say that the Rockland ranch Mercedes-Benz is amazing while getting my car serviced and repaired there is gone above and beyond my expectations and service and incompetence. Clever district you find fleas on a very disappointing day indeed. Say I locked my key in the trunk of my 2010 Mercedes. After trying to unlock it through the app in other the phone remotely and with no success I was informed said I would have to have a lockout service come to help me. The lockout service would have to have a very special tools / machine in order to gain access to my trunk. As it was Sunday none of the people with the special tools for available so I was informed that my vehicle would have to be towed to the nearest Mercedes dealership. 2 hours later I was at the dealership and told that since it's Sunday nothing could be done until tomorrow morning. How is Sam told that I was up to my own self in my two legs for transportation. as I was lucky to have my cell phone I did not have my wallet as it was locked in the trunk along with my vehicle's key. This was unfortunate because as Uber and Lyft came to mind it also dawned on me that I needed my wallet because I do not save payment methods on my phone for security reasons. So that was of no help. I couldn't have even rented a vehicle from a rental service if I was so inclined because I did not have my wallet with my ID or any payment methods to use to rent a vehicle what to even buy a drink. so now here I am first hundred degree day of the year very hot indeed and I am on the blacktop and I am more than 28 miles away from home it turned out onto the street to figure it out myself cuz I was told. I understand it was Sunday but being Mercedes-Benz you would think that they would have some kind of concession for an emergency such as this to be able to provide a loaner car or at least some sort of shuttle service or even an Uber or Lyft like all the dealerships at the auto mall do for such an event as this. I hope I don't die of dehydration on my walk home More

I’m always apprehensive taking my car in for service because of the cost, but I saw a different Service guy than I normally go to because of schedulin I’m always apprehensive taking my car in for service because of the cost, but I saw a different Service guy than I normally go to because of scheduling. Scott Parry was great! He would call or text me back & communicate with me so I knew what was going on. He genuinely seemed like he truly cared. The issues with my vehicle were taken care of. More
