The worst experience ever Just don't go there unless you are buying a new car. Make sure that you have a date for everything they say th hey will do. James Reemts is an absolute xxxxxxx. If you have a problem, don't ever bother talking to him; talk to someone else. My service advisor made sure that the repairs were done properly and promptly and always advocates for me whenever their are questionable warranty issues. Great Customer Service My car had been in the shop for a few days for the repairs needed, when the car was ready I was unable to leave my job that day to pick the car up dur My car had been in the shop for a few days for the repairs needed, when the car was ready I was unable to leave my job that day to pick the car up during service times. They drove the car to my office and retrieved the loaner car. I was able to continue seeing my patients and that made the whole experience above and beyond for me. My only wish was that my loaner car did not smell like cigarette smoke, especially being pregnant. More
