Greg is an expert sales advisor for Sprinter vans( i took my Sprinter only to him) The service advisors at dealerships in Santa Rosa and Fairfield could not fix the problems, were not honest. My wife and I bought a used Mercedes from Rocklin Mercedes. 2019 GLC 250. They have an app to pay on called Mercedes Me. I went to set up our account but the previous owner is on it. Its been xxxx getting anyone who can call me back, switch it.. They said Corporate has to change it. I call and they say its easy but the dealership has to change it.. i've left messages, talked to different people, service and they switch me to someone who should be able to fix it.. 3 weeks later Im writing this and Im pissed. This is awful .. So far for a Mercedes Dealership its been not what I expected.. We had to buy a car because my wife got hit by a Suv that ran a red light, and our car was totaled. We bought this because it was a great deal and safety rating was high. Im so disappointed. Im not someone who writes reviews. But this lack of help is unacceptable. More
