I am very disappointed in the way I was treated. I can’t blame the entire dealership for one bad apple which is why this review is solely based on my experience with Ronnie Phillips. After submitting pre approval documention online to show my seriousness in purchasing a vehicle I was treated with disrespect and poor communication because I decided to think over a large purchase with my wife. I am utterly disgusted how I was talked to and the fact that he had the audacity to tell me I’m waisting his time when I provided my personal information to secure funding for a vehicle. Mind you it was never legal to sell the vehicle because it had not yet gone through a pre-safety inspection. I have never, in all my years, having purchased 25+ vehicles from dealerships, never been treated so poorly before. This guy treated me like I was some piece of garbage. I will never recommend anyone to do business with Ronnie or this dealership if this is how their salesman treat people after lying about the vehicles condition and giving me the run around about when it would be ready for delivery. This was a test to which I would have gladly purchased many more vehicles for my company and family. But this situation is beyond repair. More

We will never buy another Mercedes after our experience. The vehicle needed a 50-cent part but instead needs a $4500 turbo replacement because you can't buy the part. The vehicle only has just over a 100 thousand miles and is religiously maintained. The last repair that was covered (Just) was a $6500 cam tensioner. Having bought many Mercedes and all of them having multiple recalls and issues we will now buy Chevrolet. Sorry to say you lost our business. Oh, Mike thanks for not reaching out to us as requested by Mercedes. More
