I had recall service done at Rocklin Mercedes’ , I called and scheduled service and they gave me appt and I brought in and dropped my car , the service advisor let me know what’s they were doing and and how and scheduled service and they gave me appt and I brought in and dropped my car , the service advisor let me know what’s they were doing and and how long it would take and offered a ride home if needed which I did so they called a Lyft and got me home , car was done on date as promised and all repair/ updates done thank you More
