Unscheduled corrective maintenance On Wednesday, 17 July our 2014, ML 550 suffered a problem with chain in the rear differential while we were traveling from St Petersburg, FL to Lovell On Wednesday, 17 July our 2014, ML 550 suffered a problem with chain in the rear differential while we were traveling from St Petersburg, FL to Lovell, ME for an extended vacation. The nearest dealership that would see me was MB of Princeton. Linda Tague was exceptionally helpful in working with me to take my vehicle for repair and guiding me to a rental car agency a short distance from the dealership. This allowed us to continue our travel to meet our son in Maine who was on one week leave from the U.S. Army just having returned from a two year tour of duty in Korea. It was not an option for me to stay in Princeton, NJ for an extended period of time and miss meeting our son and his family. Linda was able to configure a plan to have my car repaired, keep me advised of its status that permitted only a brief interruption of my travel plans. When my car was repaired, which was all under warranty, I returned and Linda advised me of the Trip Interruption service that would cover up to $900.00 of costs to me as the result of emerging maintenance. I am very happy with Mercedes Benz service and the team that delivers that excellent service. Jerry Talbot More
