We saw a commercial with the new model CLA 250 on tv. We were extremely impressed not only by the look but also by the price. With a little doubt we decided to go and visit the MB dealer in Princeton. We were very lucky that our welcoming person was Paul J. Lai. He offered his help very nice and kindly. We were surprised by the professional approach and the absence of any pressure from him. For every question we asked, Paul had granted an expert answer. It felt like we were meeting with a friend and not with a foreign seller. Time spent on the business conversation passed quickly and pleasantly. We were determined to purchase the vehicle on 99% and the test drive fully persuaded us to buy the CLA 250. Flexible, powerful, and frugal engine, solid interior of the car, nice modern design and excessive price as well as great professionalism of Paul Lai as a dealer made ??us buy this great car. We are really thankful for everything that Paul Lai did for us, as well as for corporate gifts. After visiting several other dealerships, as soon as I spoke with Paul L. over the phone, I knew I would buy my new car from him for sure. He was polite, informative, and wonderful to work with, not the high-pressure/ pushing sales type, attentive to our needs and interested in finding a vehicle that worked with us. So we settled the deal over the phone next day, that quick! Over the years we bought a few cars from Paul Lai. We keep going back and getting another Mercedes from him. We looked at other cars and dealerships and wound up back with Paul. We needed to get a second car & test drove a few other brands, new models but didn't feel that they were worth it for the price. A friend mentioned that after going through a bad accident (not her f other brands, new models but didn't feel that they were worth it for the price. Knowing that we definetly couldn't afford a band new one, we looked at a certified used mercedes at a dealership closer to where we lived, My husband test drove the car & said he really liked it, it was a C-300 Sports edition. We were not really happy with that dealership & looked online & found that The Princeton location had a few 2013 available, My husband called & was transferred to Alex Shaparin, who immediately looked into the car we saw online, he called back & informed us that that vehicle had been in an accident but they had a couple others which were their loaner cars & in excellent condition. He also informed us that Mercedes had a loan for 66 months at 1.99%, which was great and affordable. We drove to Princeton the next day, about an hour away & saw the vehicle, Alex was great, the people at the showroom were nice, did not care whether we were buying a new or used car, offered us drinks etc. Alex was a great salesperson to deal with he was forthright, knew the vehicle well, allowed us to test drive it, gave us space to decide. Once we did he showed us the price list on the car & though it was a good price, we asked him to please get us a better deal, he informed us his Manager was not in & he would talk to him tomorrow morning. The next morning we got a call from Alex saying his manager agreed to give us a $1000 off, which was great. He started the paperwork, got everything quickly done & when we went to pick up the car, it had been detailed, cleaned & Alex explained the features to us, something we never expected but They gave us the car with a full tank of gas & a lovely keychain/pen set which was a very nice gesture. This was truly a wonderful dealership & it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Alex Shaparin, we will surely refer him to all our friends. Having had the car for over a month it is a great vehicle & we are extremely happy with our decision. More

Thereafter, a persistent focus upon the follow-up - that is, the same level of courtesy and service received when you first stepped into salesroom, and from the entire organization - marks the true quality of a service-oriented business. I am pleased to state that my experience with M-B of Princeton has reflected this ideal. This is the second automobile we've purchased from this establishment within the past 18 months. The vehicles themselves are only part of the reason. Service matters, and I've been very pleased by their consistent professionalism, courtesy and level of service. More
