I met Alex and from that initial handshake, the process was absolutely wonderful. It was a pleasure. He listened to what I wanted both in terms of a car and price-range and put together a great deal. I felt like a kid in a candy store. Alex was polite, knowledgeable about the vehicles and it was clear he genuinely wanted me to find the right car.
