Nick is patient, understanding, and has a low-key approach that makes the customer feel comfortable with the purchase of a new vehicle. He took his time to find us the right car - with the exact equipment we wanted. No pressure at all. He wanted us to be 100% happy with the GLC. Ian, the sales manager, was also helpful. And Robert was patient in explaining the new MB technology (which is amazing) and making sure we knew how it all worked. If you are looking to get a Mercedes, go to this dealership! More
