We are very comfortable with their sales associate Mr Paul Lai, who helped us in trying to locate the car we wish to have. When we realized that we may have to customize our car, Mr Lai assisted us in making this selection. We are very happy with the final price that this dealer offered in particular when we had a problem with some issues on the numbers which as a Chinese customer we were tried to avoided. The dealer made every possible to try make us comfortable with the numbers we reached. We are very courteously treated by their secretary every time we called in. Mr Lai insisted to pick us up for delivery our car even when we realized that he had a busy schedule. We appreciated very much for what they have done for us. More

Dealer will not honor new car warranty I have owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles for over the past 10 years getting a new vehicle ever 2-3 years. I have never had a need for warranty repair until I have owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles for over the past 10 years getting a new vehicle ever 2-3 years. I have never had a need for warranty repair until now. What a complete failure! My 2013 S-Class left my wife and kids roadside nearly 2 weeks ago. Towed to the local dealer, 24hrs later I told that my 1 year old under warranty S-Class will not be covered and the repair will be $31,000+ due to lack of oil change. That is simply not true other than I did not have the oil changed by MB! I contacted corporate MB to dispute the dealers statement that the repair will not be covered under warranty. I was told someone would call me back within 24 hrs. The following day I heard from someone who captured the information and told me she would handle it and I would hear from her soon. That was 10 days ago. No return phone calls! I called this corporate contact 4 days ago for an update and she informed me she has no update for me and would call me back. No return phone call! It has been 12 days, we are without our S-Class, and I have been renting a car myself while waiting on MB. I am disgusted by the poor service provided by Mercedes-Benz! This is supposed to be a luxury brand that you pay a premium price and have an expectation of better than average service. That could not be any further than what my experience is. This is the first time I have ever needed warranty of a Mercedes-Benz and this is a complete and utter failure! It has come to an attempt using social media to reach someone at MB that cares to service the issue since the "normal" channels have yielded my no results not even a return phone call. More

Excellent Customer Service My husband and I recently purchased our GLK from Princeton MB. We were given excellent attention by Frank O'Grady. We were pleasantly surprised wit My husband and I recently purchased our GLK from Princeton MB. We were given excellent attention by Frank O'Grady. We were pleasantly surprised with how easy our transaction was. We purchased our vehicle late Saturday and came back on Monday to finalize the paperwork and everything was ready to go. Frank expertly explained everything and was extremely patient with all our questions. We also would like to thank Ruben. He took us for our test drive and his enthusiasm was contagious! Ruben answered all our questions and his knowledge of the workings of the GLK was a big selling point for us. Frank and Ruben are the best. We also had the opportunity to check out the Service department. One of the headlights went out. I called Frank on a Friday and we were able to get an appointment for Saturday. The light was fixed and we were on our way in short order. Cudos to Frank, Ruben and the Service Team, great job done by all! More
