After driving the car for nearly one year, i felt that I needed a tutorial or guided tour of all the WOW things my car could do. I made an appointment with John Lisi and to my delight, he introduced me to many of the functions and capabilities that I had not been able to make use of. Not only did he guide me through those functions but also explained the more than just how to use them, he also went into a more indepth explanation of why the operate as they do. He was very patient with my questions and made me feel as if I can call on him with follow-up questions if/when needed.
