After taking our sprinter 3500 to another dealer 3 times for warranty covered issues and not getting our problems fixed, we had the opportunity to use the service department at Mercedes-Benz of Princeton. Aside from the very comforting feeling we got when talking to Andy Horne, we ended up having our issues fixed in just one visit!
