My entire experience was nothing short of fantastic. I inquired about a vehicle in inventory and heard back within minutes... from there, we were able to schedule a time to stop at the dealer same-da I inquired about a vehicle in inventory and heard back within minutes... from there, we were able to schedule a time to stop at the dealer same-day at a time that was convenient for me. Now, I have to admit, I was a bit reluctant going the dealer route... My previous experience was exclusively using CarMax. But I gave it a shot, and I couldn't be happier I did. The consultant who assisted, Oliver Lippman, was terrific every step of the way... From initial welcoming... to test driving... and just throughout the entire process, he made the whole shopping experience a true pleasure. It was very relaxing, yet I was able to get all the information I needed about the vehicle I was interested in. I did end up purchasing and couldn't recommend this dealer highly enough.
