He followed with me after several weeks of my purchase to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase, never experienced that from other dealerships. I was thrilled when the Huntersville Mercedes Benz deaiership opened and could not be more pleased with the service and support I have received. I have been a Mercedes owner since 1986. In 2013 I began my search for a new Mercedes (wanted a used one with low mileage) and had the pleasure of working with Rob Bacharach. Rob has been most attentive in providing guidance and finding the vehicle that will fit my current life style at my age. He would email me with pictures of cars that were candidates for me and, although I kept changing my mind as to what Mercedes model I really wanted/needed, he continued to aggressively pursue finding one that I would be happy with, would enjoy, and would be safe in. In November he found the right one. The sale was very professionally handled.....fact driven without emotion. Since that point in time Rob has reached out to me to ensure the car is working properly and promptly follows up on any questions/requests that I have. Answered my questions in detail and showed me several vehicles. This despite the fact I made it clear I was not in the market to make a purchase anytime soon. I spoke with Rob a few times by phone over the next several months. I again visited the dealership Summer of 2013, again I found Rob to be helpful. He had that perfect balance of wanting to help with decisions and be informative with out being "pushy". He availed himself to me on several occasions without any guarantee of a sale. Needless to say when I was ready to make a purchase I did call Rob. As expected he did all he could to make the process go smoothly and efficiently. He and the dealership worked with me on all aspects of the buying process and I walked away completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Rob Bacharach.
