I write Reviews for a living, that's my job. I have never given any product or service a negative review unless it was absolutely deserved. It would require me to write a short story to provide all the horrible details with my experiences with MBM, and quite frankly, my time is too valuable to waste so let me just say this, and give all future "prospective" customers a fair warning. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLES SERVICED AT THIS DEALERSHIP. Unless you're friends of the "family", have very very deep pockets, and can afford to be without your vehicle for weeks to months while yours is being "serviced" (because they frown on loaners, especially if your vehicle isn't BRAND NEW), then stay away. There's other MB authorized centers you can go to if you need your MB serviced, and you'll be treated humanely. MB of Ft. Pierce or MB of Orlando, both are much better options and it's worth it to either have your car towed the distance, if inoperable, or if just needing routine maintenance, it's best to drive an hour to save yourself money and mistreatment. I've never in my adult life dealt with such a rude, snooty, hateful, inexperienced, unprofessional dealership in ALL departments. Everyone I've spoken to in the Melbourne area, have all told me they were mistreated by someone working at this dealership, and it's usually most of the staff, from the woman who answers the phone with her "condescending tone and manners, to the service advisors, management, mechanics. The only department that you may not have a "Traumatic " experience, as far as your dealings with an employee, is the payment desk. Haha. Go figure, right. Unless they aren't there anymore the two ladies I dealt with were very friendly and horrified when they heard about my experience but ironically, not surprised. They've apparently heard it all, and seem to be embarrassed of their employer. Mercedes, Audi, Porsche of Melbourne, simply do not care. They do not care about these negative reviews, they do not care about how they treat their customers, especially if you're not a repeat BUYER OF NEW VEHICLES. If you don't show up dressed in your Sunday best, and exaggerate GREATLY your wealth, speak like them and act like them, then be prepared to be treated like "pond xxxx". I am even willing to place a wager on the fact that any 5 star reviews you read about "Shane" or his family business, that those are what we call in my profession "Fake Reviews". Proceed with caution to this dealership. Do your homework. Our MB's are our babies and expensive to maintain, and when something goes awry on your MB, it's a stressful event on its own, we don't need to pile on that stress by a dealership that could careless about its customers feelings,being courteous or honest , any form of professionalism, fairness, or simply treating everyone with fairness and kindness. Regardless of their economic standing. It's much easier to be kind, honest and treat your customers how they deserve to be treated. After all, it's the customer's that have given this "FAMILY OWNED" Business, a business that has not just provided them with a "cushy" life, but one they thrive off of. I promise you, they are living well, not losing any sleep over mistreatment of customers. So, you've been warned. Best of luck to all MB owners, especially if you find yourself in the most unfortunate situation where you're forced to use MBM. More

Ilaisa and his team allowed us to have the car inspected by our mechanic. After our mechanic said “that’s a steal of a deal” we knew it was meant to be! The purchasing process was smooth and fast. We were off the lot within a couple hours at most, and more importantly we are happy with our purchase! What an amazing experience all around! We will be back soon! Thanks Ilasia and Mercedes Team! The dealership is the most UNPROFESSIONAL ORGANIZATION I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. I had mercedes serviced for just a check up and 8 days later they still were not providing proper updates. Upon completion of the vehicle they were extremely rude, totally money oriented, and there was absolutely no quality customer service what so ever. I have 2 other sports cars very high end. I would NEVER EVER BRING THEM TO THIS DEALERSHIP!! THIS DEALERSHIP IS SO EXTREMELY BAD, IT IS SO SAD. More
I had a minor issue that needed to be corrected on my Mercedes. When I called the night before to schedule the appointment, I was told "no problem, we will take care of the issue". I arrived for my 10:00 a.m. appointment with Vanessa. She was very rude, abrupt, dismissive and had zero customer service knowledge. I have bought a couple of Mercedes at this dealership, and have never had an experience with any other sales or service associate like I did with Vanessa. I asked to speak to her manager, Nelson. Nelson was very kind, helpful, and definitely knows how to offer great customer service. More
My experience was very upsetting! I had an appointment and waited 3 hours for the Diagnostic test to be done on my Mercedes. I have a platinum extended warranty that has covered previous repairs at other dealerships. I was told that the cost would be $7,228.32 and my portion would be $3,002.32. I called the warranty co. The cost of the parts was not the issue, but the labor time was the problem. The Adjuster from the warranty co. said that they estimate the cost of repairs by using Mercedes guide lines. They allotted 10.6hrs for the job and Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne said it would take 20hrs. I brought my car to Mercedes of Fort Pierce and all repairs plus some others that were missed at the Melbourne dealership were repaired at no cost to me. My only cost was having to pay $295.00 for the Diagnostic test at the Melbourne dealership, but that was much better than $3,002.32. I feel that they inflate prices at the expense of their customers. I feel that they were trying to rip me off. More
