Very polite and accommodating. The service rep. Stephen was very nice and kept me informed of the updates and additional issues they discovered as they completed my service. The use The service rep. Stephen was very nice and kept me informed of the updates and additional issues they discovered as they completed my service. The use of a courtesy car was very appreciated as well. One of the items they recommended was to replace the rear brakes for $220.00 but it turns out it’s actually $370.00 plus tax and then they only changed the pads, the rotors were quite rough and should have been turned as they will wear the new pads faster in their current condition. I can only compare it to my 14 Silverado HD full synthetic oil change and service with 22 point inspection and a rear brake job with lifetime warranty runs about $269.00 plus tax and Mercedes was $1143.00. Of course I expect to pay more it is a Mercedes, but I would also expect only the best service. More
