I believe he even became sick after that day due to diligently showing me multiple vehicles out in the rain. He was very knowledgeable about every vehicle I asked about. He was very personable and approachable. I felt like there were no silly questions and he allowed me to ask away until I was satisfied. I would recommend Matthew to anyone who is in search of a new vehicle. Unfortunately, I we cannot say the same for the technician who d The service manager who provided services (Josh) was very professional and courteous. Unfortunately, I we cannot say the same for the technician who did the initial inspection of our vehicle. The technician insisted that our vehicle had been in a bad accident which caused damage to the under carriage. He actually went so far to insist that this was so. My husband was taken aback at his attitude. We've had that vehicle since 2010. It was a certified pre-owned vehicle purchased from Penske Mercedes Benz which at 20,000 miles when purchased. The car has always performed beautifully. The only thing that has happened in that vehicle is that it ran over a piece of re-tread from a big truck. There was damage to the air conditioner and front grill. I have owned two Mercedes via the certified pre-owned program. Additionally, this is the first time we've encountered such an individual as this service tech. I would recommend your dealership for service provided they avoid the technician with the snobbish attitude. I give high praise to Josh for his efforts to smooth out this situation. More
