But at the dealership the diagnosis was accurate and the solution applied. Josh realized how we felt to have this problem so far from home and everything he did reflected that concern. I telephoned Allen Blair and advised him that I needed some date options for bringing my car into service. Allen called me back gave me some options, and up and an appointment was made. I arrived at the dealership on the date and time specified and Allen was available to do the write up that is necessary to get the car in the garage. I had also notified Allen at advance that I would need a loaner car, and I can say without fear of contradiction from anyone, including my wife, that it is the nicest loaner car that either of us has ever had the pleasure of driving. Even though I had to take in my car mid morning, the dealership was still able to complete the scheduled maintenance in one day. More
