Only constructive comments; you need to update the service hours on the web site it says you open at 8:30 when it should say 7:30? Promote your coutousy shuttle service, I wish I had known about that. I would have taken advantage and saved the hastle of begging a ride. Stock more common parts. My car was in the shop and off the road for a full week mostly waiting on parts deliveries. More communications please on repair status. I only had two texts on the status of my vehicle and they had to be prompted. Should send updates daily by arround mid day so clients can plan a pick up or alternate transport arrangements. If you want to maintain the prestige appeal and customer loyalty for Mercedes then the level of customer service should match the reputation of the brand. Or customers will just go back to buying Fords or Chevys. I shouldnt be wondering daily about what the status is and how to plan around the inconvenience of not having my Mercedes on the road. New location that with a bit of polish will no doubt earn a fith star from me soon. More
