Need more communication. Took 2 weeks to replace a charcoal canister and shut off valve. Had to wait for approval for warranty service also for parts to be delivered. On Wednesday of the second week could not get any one to return my calls to get a status update. Finally left message for the manager. Called again later and finally got to talk to service rep to get status. Can understand the delay in service but not the lack of prompt communication. More

High quality service with a loaner car while waiting. The dealership in Little Rock is state of art and much better than anywhere else in town. Everybody at the Little Rock dealership is professional so I enjoyed the experience there compared to anywhere else. Also its actually more affordable than you'd think. More
