The car was dirtier on the outside than when I left it. Poor service. They were not interested in our business. l went to another dealership the next time. More

The salesman was incompetent, and failed to fill out the form properly. He also conspired with his Mickey Mouse finance guy to purchase my vehicle at a price 2K dollars higher than the price quoted by MBF services llc. I understand sometimes folks make mistakes however these snakes try and take advantage of good people. I want out of this Fields family as quick as possible and you should want the same! Buyer beware of these guys!!! More
Car sold and didn't tell customer We drove from Titusville Fl to Jax to buy a Mercedes and when we got there Salesman Sal told us the car had been sold. We'told them we were preapprove We drove from Titusville Fl to Jax to buy a Mercedes and when we got there Salesman Sal told us the car had been sold. We'told them we were preapproved by our Credit Union and we needed a Buyers Order or a Bill of Sale. Then we were told that if we let them finance the car, they would get it back. It was the last day of the month and they couldn't get credit for a sale. Salesman Sal refused to come back and talk, but sent Mike Davidson in. Bad Business, unprofessional, disregard for customers inconvience (Drove 3 hrs there and 3hrs back), Liars, a bunch of Liars, that's what they are. I bought an E Class several years ago, and have recommended several of my friends to do so. As long as I live, I will never buy nor recommend anyone to purchase a car from Fields Mercedes Benz on Atlantic Blvd. Salads Mike Davidson are LIARS. More
Recall dissatifaction My 2012 Mercedes c class was recalled for Tacatta air bag passenger seat. My dealer doesn't have replacements parts and says it a Pending recall unti My 2012 Mercedes c class was recalled for Tacatta air bag passenger seat. My dealer doesn't have replacements parts and says it a Pending recall until the parts come in. My letter from Mercedes says it is a Recall with life threatening injury possibilities! I say this is xx and I am furious! Can't drive my car!! Terrible customer service!! More
Collision service at mercedes with Allen Walker A glass table fell off a truck in front of my E350. While in Jacksonville on business, one of my low beam lights went out. I called my husband who owns a dealership in SC and he advised me take it to a Mercedes service department. Change from Brumos to Fields ownership and it now is awful! I brought my car to what I thought was still Brumos MB of Orange Park. The dealership had been sold to Fields Automotive Group. The experience was AWF I brought my car to what I thought was still Brumos MB of Orange Park. The dealership had been sold to Fields Automotive Group. The experience was AWFUL!! They would not repair several issues that were OBVIOUSLY factory defects on my vehicle. Total cost for them to fix both issues perhaps would have been $150.00 total. The Service writer blamed it on "corporate." I have purchased several MB vehicles from Brumos and the service was ALWAYS impeccable! The retention of the customer was very important to them. I dealt with Fields Automotive in St Augustine when I purchased a Cadillac CTS-V from them. They were awful to deal with both in the sale of the car and then in servicing the car. Fields Automotive has lost several customers just from the way they treated me. (Family and Friends). I will NEVER buy or service another vehicle with this company again and will definitely take the time to let others know of how poorly the customer is treated. They lost , potentially, just from my immediate family, the purchase over the next few years of several more vehicles. DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE ANYTHING with this Fields Automotive Group! You will not be treated well and the service will be AWFUL!!! More
