Mercedes-Benz parts (brake rotors) were back ordered but parts were available via a well known auto parts retailer. I declined those parts based on their pricing and exploitation practices. Fortunately, back ordered parts were received and my service advisor made special arrangements to pick up my vehicle and accommodate my schedule. More

Certified Pre-Owned xx!! I purchased a 2004 ML 350 with 34,000 Miles Certified Pre-Owned for $35,557.00 thinking that I was doing a good deal. I was able to buy the same car o I purchased a 2004 ML 350 with 34,000 Miles Certified Pre-Owned for $35,557.00 thinking that I was doing a good deal. I was able to buy the same car on any other dealership for $10.000.00 less , but because it was a certified pre-owned and the warranty I decided to go with a Mercedes dealership. A certified pre-owned car supposed to pass all the inspections to guarantee the buyer that he is purchasing a reliable car. In my case that it didn't happened. On the second week I noticed a noise. I went back to the dealership and they hold my car for a week and replaced the fuel pump. A few weeks later the car didn't started. Same thing again, I went back to the dealership and they say they could not find the problem. 2 months later same thing happened again , the car had the same issue, wouldn't start. I went back to the dealership , left the car there for a week and talked with the sales manager about the issue and I was very disappointed about the brand, the service and everything. Long story short, I loss over $10K selling this car because I couldn't take anymore. I will never have another mercedes in my life and I don't recommend to anyone. More
