Alexis was excellent We bought a used Mercedes out of state and had an emergency service at Fields Mercedes due to a horrible amount of water in the fuse/pse area. Alexis was so helpful and exceedingly professional. The actual people that serviced the car and inspected it for us also did an excellent job. They all welcomed us into the Fields Mercedes family. Beware I took my Mercedes in to be serviced (service A) for the first time at Mercedes of Jacksonville. My service advisor was great and my issues don’t have I took my Mercedes in to be serviced (service A) for the first time at Mercedes of Jacksonville. My service advisor was great and my issues don’t have anything to do with him. Once my service was completed I was informed I needed to replace 2 belts and rear brakes as well as a few other things. I declined to do anything at the moment. Total cost of all repairs recommended was over $2,000. I had my son take the car to his automotive instructor who is a master mechanic and well respected in the automotive industry and he checked both belts and he said they look brand new. Not cracked and worn like the inspection report stated. He then went on to inspect the brakes and they are fine as well. Also noted on my inspection report but not mentioned to me was the motor mounts were loose or worn. After second opinion they were fine. I am disappointed because as a woman I feel I was taken advantage of. I am thankful I did not go forward with repairs. Anyone reading this always get a second opinion. More
