Prior to our 2nd purchase, he assisted when I had a very concerning experience with the service department. His willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable moving forward is the only reason we returned to Mercedes Benz of Jacksonville. Our technician that helped with the orientation of the vehicle was amazing! He was a very nice young man, made sure that I understood every step of the way, and also allowed me to make all of my personal settings on the spot, I believe he was new, and his name was Jory. The young lady that helped us with our final paperwork in finance was equally amazing. She had everything ready, and was very accommodating as we walked through each step of the process if I had to write my experience with Prekash and the sales team it would definitely be a 10+. My vehicle was clean, exactly what was described to me, and exceeded my expectations! We will not hesitate in the future to explore our options with Mercedes Benz of Jacksonville, as long as we can continue to work with Prekash!!!!!! More
