I Hate Shopping ....for cars, clothes, you name it. But I was blown away by Nolan Ryan and the folks at MB of HSV. My husband and I had been thinking about selling my ....for cars, clothes, you name it. But I was blown away by Nolan Ryan and the folks at MB of HSV. My husband and I had been thinking about selling my 2006 E350 and I was leaning toward a Toyota Avalon or Camry. That is until I set my sights on one of the newer E350 models (newer than mine) on the lot. Love at first sight! But I had a budget, so Nolan worked with me in getting me into the car within the amount I had to work with. Exceptional Buying Experience I went in to the dealership to test drive an E350 as I wanted to trade up from my C250. I contacted Dan Dailey and although he was extremely busy he I went in to the dealership to test drive an E350 as I wanted to trade up from my C250. I contacted Dan Dailey and although he was extremely busy he made time for me and spent about 5 hours with me looking at different options. I left the dealership initially disappointed without selecting a vehicle, but let Dan know exactly what I wanted. He called me that evening to follow up and to tell me that a lease turn-in had just come in that was a perfect fit for me. I went in the next morning, test drove it and immediately bought it. Both Dan Dailey and William Wilford provided a low stress, informative, and professional buying experience. All of my questions were answered and I'm confident that I've made the right choice. The experience was enjoyable and I'm very happy with our purchase of our CPO E350. I consider Dan a friend as he treated me with great dignity and respect during the whole process. Persistence! I live in Nashville, TN and called Greg Melbo in April about a vehicle he had on his lot. He made a few phone calls between April and August with potential vehicles he had coming in but none were exactly what I was looking for. He promised to continue his search! Last night, on August 25th, he called and left me a voicemail that said, he had the perfect vehicle. I called as soon as I received the message, and told him I would be there by 9:30am the following day. Once I arrived, he greeted me very warmly and immediately asked if I wanted to take the vehicle for a test drive. When I returned, we started discussing numbers and within a couple of hours, I was the proud owner of a vehicle I had been looking for since last year. More
