They are unprofessional, untrusted, will not keep their promises, and it seems every sales person in this dealership not represent Mercedes Benz of Huntsville as the sales manager has shown us. Please try to avoid this dealership as much as you can, and I should have read the reviews over Yelp before even planning to have a business with them. I will try advising my colleagues, friends and my college students to avoid this dealership. w our visit of this dealership (Mercedes Benz of Huntsville) in May 29,2018. I live more than two hours away from this dealership, I was interested in one of their car for my wife, so I contacted them a day before our visit via phone and email and first, I talked to the sales manager (Rick Vaughn), I asked him that I want to take Greg Melbo (sales professional ) who had a positive feedback from customers, but he transferred me over another sales person (Justin Oates)!!! I assumed Greg was unavailable at that time. We have a deal over the phone on the car for $35,500 and Justin agreed on this price and congregated me after he talked to his manger and we set an appoint for next day at 12 pm to come and buy the car. My wife, who was very excited for her new car, and I dropped our kids at the a daycare to drive over two hours to buy the car. We got there at 12:30 pm and we waited there around 2 hours to see the car, they told us the car is not ready yet since they are replacing some parts on the car which is very unacceptable. We saw the car we liked it, when it's the time come to sign the paper they added $2,700 on the top of the agreed price + $850 documentation fee. I told Justin the additional repair cost is not acceptable and he didn't mention it before at all. He said he didn't know about this cost until the last minute. He said instead of I do the repair later they did it for me. It was unbelievable, we agreed on the car price and I didn't ask to replace anything. they try to let customers PAY more without caring about their promises to customer that I have been given before visiting them. You will never face this situation with any dealership in the country, they are immoral in dealing with their customer based on my experience. I asked Justin to let me talk to his manger (Rick), he told that he is in meeting, which is not true unfortunately, he was sitting in his office by himself where I can see him. I was very upset at this time when I tried to walk to him, Justin asked me to wait and he will get manager. Rick (the sales manager) handle the situation unprofessionally by saying "the sales person (Justin) agreed on $35,500 not me"!. If they don't trust their sales professionals how customers can trust them? We waist all day for nothing with them, the people in this dealership didn't keep their promises and they are not trustful. Drove back to our home town without the car but with the worst experience ever. More

the best experience i have ever had with a slaesperson Let me start out by saying i have never written a review on a business let alone an employee of a business ever in my 58 years. However the service and attention i received from Ms. Genna Cecil impressed me so much that i felt compelled to let everyone know about what a fantastic young saleswoman she is. I connected with Genna as a result of my inquiry regarding a vehicle at the dealership and being from upstate New York all of our business was transacted via text, e-mail and the telephone. Not only did she respond promptly to my inquiry but throughout the whole process she kept me informed every step of the way; even staying in contact with me to answer my questions after hours and while she was away at training. Who does that? Not only was she helpful and informative but you could tell that she truly cared about customer service and her attention to detail showed just how committed to making me happy and comfortable with the process she was. Now you can chalk all of this up to her trying to make the sale and it was all just part of her job. Except for the fact that i was not able to purchase the vehicle i wanted and in fact did not buy a vehicle from her or her dealership at all. You would think that this would be the end of her contact with me right? After all i am about 1,000 miles away and my chances of ever meeting her or doing business with her are slim to none. However yesterday in the mail i received a card from Genna. Not the pre-printed type of card thanking me for my business or my interest in a vehicle they had for sale or a flyer notifying me of the next upcoming sale but a hand written long note from Genna telling me how sorry she was that we could not come to terms and how happy she was to have tried to help me? Who does that? She does. Now from my point of view that makes dealing with her well worth it even if i did not get what i wanted. A car you can buy anywhere but service, commitment and dedication like that is very very hard to find. So if you want that kind of attention, dedication and commitment i would strongly suggest you give this young lady a shout. You will not be disappointed. I know i am not and i did not even buy a car there. More
