Been doing business with this outfit for 10+ Years. Great dealer, not the cheapest ever but you get what you pay for. Purchased 8 cars betweeen my family, all have been good and reliable. We bought a used CLK430 Convertible from Richard at Mercedes in Hagerstown. We had the most pleasent experience. Working with Richard was fantastic. We received a great price for the CLK and they gave us kbb value for our older mercedes that we traded in. Everyone there was great to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly. The manager and bank manager worked hard to get us a great rate too. They are a little out of the way since we live in Leesburg VA, but it was worth the trip. We found the car on their Website. Great price, great selection and friendly people. We will be taking our Mercedes there for service as well. Since our purchase, we have recieved thank you letters from Richard and the all the managers. We will make our next Mercedes purchase from Hagerstown Mercedes. More
