This was my second visit to Hagerstown MB and just as during the first, I found all of the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. More importantly, they completed the work in a very timely way and the results have been excellent - extremely important when you live 40 miles away. I continue to be impressed with this smaller, friendlier Mercedes dealership. I would definitely expect to buy a future vehicle from them and have recommended them to others.
