I went in to test drive a car after searching the lot on a Sunday. I was handed the keys and was told to take a long as I liked. When I came to buy the car, Andre was finishing up on another deal so Barry more than happily, explained the operation of the inside of the car. i had an excellent experience with Mike and Austin last Wednesday, February 29th. Mike was warm, friendly and welcoming from our initial interaction via internet and phone. He was calm and allowed me to set the pace which i appreciated...no pressure! When we arrived from Alexandria, VA to Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown, Mike warmly greeted us and gave us an opportunity to get settled in before taking us to see my beautiful pre-owned ML 350. Though we had arrived about an hour or so before closing, Mike took his time showing us every fabulous feature and answering questions. After a fun test drive, we turned out attention to business and he was attentive and helpful. After working out a few kinks, and waiting while paperwork was completed during which time, Mike regaled us with jokes and stories about family and football, we closed the deal. Though Mike's part of the process was over, he stayed until the bitter end with Austin and i completed paperwork and he took the time to program my home address into the GPS to ensure my safe return home. I have recommended Mike to my sister who is interested in purchasing an Audi 5 and i would recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I had been searching for a particular used Cadillac CTS. I found one on line at Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. I called and talked with Andre Taylor who answered the few questions I had. We set up a date and time for my wife and I to test drive the car. Andre said he had a personal appointment that morning but said that Stephen Ames would meet with us. When we arrived Stephen had the car out front. We went for a test drive and then negotiated a price. Stephen was professional and very friendly. A few days later we drove up to close on the car and were met by both Andre and Stephen. Robert Buchanan the finance and sales manager took us through the required paper work efficiently and quickly. Afterwards Andre gave my wife a box of chocolates and Robert gave me coupons for three synthetic oil changes. Since we were buying a previously owned automobile we did not expect either. The car was detailed perfectly. It was almost a one hundred mile round trip but it was worth it.
