(Light bulb, unlocked my radio, and filled up my windshield washer fluid resevoir) When I was able to get into my car and noticed that the radio worked again, I was beyond thrilled! My wife was trying to decide between the E350 Sport and Luxury model and he spent over two hours working with us. He even setup the two cars on an angle side by side for us to compare. My wife had decided she wanted a white vehicle. The dealership only had the sport in white. But instead of pushing her toward the sport since he could make a quick sale, he checked and indicated the dealership would be getting a white luxury in over the next week and then we could compare them again and decide. In addition, I thought the price for the vehicle was very reasonable and we received a very fair price on our tradein. Wes also followed up with us after the sale. A total excellent experience for us. More
