When we left home on Saturday afternoon to visit Hagerstown Mercedes-Benz Dealership, we had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle that day. Bary shared his extensive knowledge of the vehicle which included its structure, the options, as well as the comparison to other vehicles. During the test drive, he sat in the back seat and explained the vehicle. Upon our return to the dealership after the test drive, he continued to share information about the vehicle. He did not use any high pressure sales tactics which we very much appreciated. Then he asked if we would be trading our 4-Runner. We were unsure but he advised that he could give us an idea of the value. Barry alone with the Sales Manager answered our questions and made us feel comfortable with a decision to buy a Mercedes. They were very thorough, efficient and after some discussion, we made the final decision to purchase our first Mercedes.
