My wife and I came to Hagerstown Mercedes just to get an up close and personal view of the 2013 C300. What we didn't expect was the wonder experience Barry and Austin provided us. I kept waiting for the old-school pressure sales pitches pushing me into stuff I don't want or need---it never happened. I set up an appointment and we met with Barry and tried out a few cars. Barry is extremely knowledgable about the various models that Mercedes offers and soon had us looking and driving cars that we were very interested in. We have now just purchased a certified, pre-owned 2012 and we are most pleased. Barry was very helpful throughout the process and was never pressuring my wife and I to purchase anything. Rob Buchanan was also very helpful during the 'paperwork' phase of the purchase and helped us immensely with buying the right service plan for our new car.
