Barry was extremely knowledgable of the vehicle and demonstrated all of the features during both of our test drives. I shopped the pricing that Rob and Barry gave us at 2 other Mercedes dealers and they could not touch it. Rob and Barry negotiated a great price with us even though we were ordering a 2013 that was not even released. While waiting on our vehicle to arrive, Barry periodically gave us updates as to the status and immediately called us when our vehicle arrived. They detailed our vehicle and delivered it to us the same day it arrived. The delivery process and paperwork was quick and efficient. I would recommend Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown to anyone considering purchasing a luxury vehicle, even if it is not a Mercedes, you might just change your mind and purchase a Mercedes due to the service you receive at Mercedes of Hagerstown. Was thinking about replacing my wife's 2010 BMW 5 series with a new E350. The short and sweet version. Showed up to the dealership to get information on E350. Saw sitting in front of the showroom an amazing looking car (the CLS550) that immediately grabbed my attention, but the price was quite a bit of a step up from the E350. Worked with Mike and test drove the E350 and immediately noticed a difference in the ride (E350 had a much nicer and quieter ride than the BMW 5 series). Mike was very helpful in explaining all of the features and options that I could have put on the car, since I was looking for a number of safety options that could be added. Had Mike put together some numbers on what I was looking for and he contacted me back the next day. The problem was that I could not get the CLS550 out of my head. Needless to say, when Mike contacted me back the next day, I asked him what the numbers would look like if I had the same options put on the CLS. After about a week of debating, I decided to get my wife the CLS, and since our anniversary was coming up in about a month, it made the decision that much easier. Pros of the Deal: Mike is super easy to work with. He goes over and above on the sale and after the sale in making sure everything is to your liking and helping you understand all of the features of the vehicle (and there are an amazing amount of them in the CLS550). He even took the time to handle the registration of the M-brace safety feature that is now available. The pricing that Hagerstown Mercedes came back with was extremely competitive and fair. Could I have gotten the car down in the city for a $500 less...probably, but I would not have gotten a "no pressure", easy, and relaxed experience. Cons: Went for an E350 and ended up with a CLS550....they should have kept that car in the back and not put it right out front :-) More

He was very knowledgable about the car, friendly without being pushy, and patient with us as we talked through what we wanted to do as far as financing. Mike worked with us to give us a price we were comfortable with without making us feel like we had to "haggle." We decided to buy the car and Mike made completing the paperwork, including the loan application a breeze. I would highly recommend this dealership and this salesperson to anyone who would like their car buying experience to be without pressure or convoluted "wheeling and dealing" on price. More
